Student Registration

"In-Person Registration" is NOT a requirement. This is an opportunity to receive assistance and to ask questions as needed.
Beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, the Mt. Angel School District will be offering the ability to pay fees, including athletic fees, ONLINE. This will be available beginning August 11th

  • Enrollment Verification will open August 1.
  • Access online enrollment verification through your PowerSchool Parent Portal.

New Students

'A student that has not attended a
Mt. Angel School OR is returning after
NOT finishing the previous year in Mt. Angel'


If you are new to the Mt. Angel School District you will need to begin the registration process by completing the "Pre-Registration" form. Once this is completed, the school will receive a notification so we can perform an address verification. Once approved, you will receive an email to continue the registration process.

NOTE: Pre-Registration submissions will not be processed until August when office staff return. 

Kindergarten

'To attend kindergarten in the fall,
the child must be five years old
on or before September 1.'


Please be prepared to bring to school the items listed in the FAQ, "What do I need to bring to the school when registering for Kindergarten".

Transfer Info

Before a non-resident student can attend school as a new student in the Mt. Angel School District, the student’s resident district must approve the student for “release”.

In addition to completing the resident district paperwork, you will also need to complete the "Non-Resident Transfer Request Form" (Spanish Translation) , one student per form.
