Leadership, Effort, Achievement, Diversity, Inclusion & Service
To recognizing student success: Each month the three schools will identify a recipient for the L.E.A.D.S. (Leadership, Effort, Achievement, Diversity, Service) award.

~ Leadership: Contributions in and for the student body and/or the school, representation of the school at events |

~ Effort: Short or long-term improvement in individual practices:attendance, behavior, participation, grades |
|
~ Achievement: Skills the student represents for the school or demonstrates in the school (fine arts, knowledge, extracurricular activities) |
|
~ Diversity and Inclusion: Contributions that increase practices of inclusion for all students in the school and school district |
|
~ Service: Contributions in and for the community and/or school |
