Nutrition Services 2024/25 Meal Charge Policy

Every student registered at a school in our district is automatically assigned a meal account. Every student receives a meal #. We use Mealtime, a point of sale program, to maintain our student’s meal accounts and to run our point of sale stations in each of our schools. Communicating Meal Account Balances Auto Phone calls & Emails

Automated phone calls or emails will be sent daily to guardians of students who are in debt. (Email addresses are generated by what the school enters into their student database system.) The messages will continue daily until money is deposited in the student’s account bringing the balance to the positive.
