Health Screenings

Mt. Angel School District conducts annual health screenings in grades K, 1, 6 and 9. Students who are new to the district and who are referred are also screened. Parents may opt out of health screenings. Parents receive results of a health screening that may warrant follow up with a specialist or health care provider. Dental Screening

• If your child did not pass their dental screening and you do not have a current dental provider, please reach out to Mt. Angel Dental (https://mtangeldental.com/).

Hearing Screening

• If your child did not pass their hearing screening and you do not have a current provider, please visit the Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation (https://olshf.org/get-help) for assistance.

Vision Screening
