It’s one of our favorite times of the year, the start of school! The halls are busy and full of life and we are so grateful to have another year with your child.

As the year begins we want to remind you of the important partnership we have. We are here to make sure your child gets an excellent education surrounded by educators and a community who supports them. As partners in your child’s success, one of the biggest ways you can help is making sure your student arrives at school on time and ready to learn! Regular attendance is a key component of success. Last year, nearly 3 out of 4 students maintained strong attendance, missing fewer than 2 days a month on average. We would like to improve that even more, and you are a key factor to achieving our goal.

Additionally, I encourage you to take advantage of the many resources we have on our district website. Here are two important resources you may want; the 2025-2026 school district calendar and our Annual Disclosure statements. As I get settled in, please don’t hesitate to come introduce yourself when you see me at a sporting event or Oktoberfest. I am eager to meet folks and get to know the community better. Thank you for your help in making sure that this is a great year for our kids!
