Dear Families, Students, Staff, and Community Members,

It's official - our schools are open! Students have returned and hallways echo with their voices. School activities are plentiful-incredible things are already taking place.

Over the last two days I have had the pleasure of being at the schools observing students acclimate to new staff,  new classrooms, and new schedules. I have seen excitement and smiles, also wonderings and new learning.  There is nothing that can replace the happiness of seeing old friends and the reward of making new friends.

As we begin a new school year, it is important to communicate our school district's purpose-to ensure an exceptional experience for every student . Whether teaching, driving our students to school, making sure students are well -fed, maintaining our schools, or supporting systems that keep our schools running smoothly, our staff members are committed to ensuring your child' s well-being.

You are an essential partner in our district purpose and so I warmly renew the invitation to you to remain connected with the schools and the staff who contribute to your child's education.

Should you ever have questions or wanderings about your child and their school experiences, please don't hesitate to reach out to our staff. We are here for your child and here for you.
