My  Philosophy: 

My position as a school counselor  is to be an advocate, leader, collaborator and consultant who creates systemic change by providing equitable educational access and success by connecting our school counseling program to the district’s mission and improvement plans. My everyday goal is to  demonstrate my belief that all students have the ability and the right to learn by advocating for an education system that provides optimal learning environments for all students.
