Dear Mt. Angel Families, Students, Staff and Community Members,

We have an opportunity to make our streets safer and more comfortable for students and families that walk and bike.  The Mt Angel School District is receiving planning assistance to create a Safe Routes to School plan through the Oregon Department of Transportation.  This plan will identify street improvements near St. Mary’s Public School, Mt. Angel Middle School, John F. Kennedy High School to support students and families in walking and rolling to school safely. 

We would like to hear from you and there are two ways you can provide feedback to the planning team. First, mark your calendar and join us for a virtual forum on Monday, November 1, from 6:30 to 7:30.  You can find the link to the meeting on the attached document.  The second way you can help is by providing feedback using the Safe Routes to School Interactive map.   You can find the link to this tool on the attached document.

Estimadas Familias, Estudiantes, Personal y Miembros de la Comunidad de Mt. Angel,

Tenemos la oportunidad de hacer que nuestras calles sean más seguras y cómodas para los estudiantes y las familias que caminan y andan en bicicleta. El Distrito Escolar de Mt Angel está recibiendo asistencia de planificación para crear un plan de Rutas Seguras a la Escuela a través del Departamento de Transporte de Oregón. Este plan identificará mejoras en las calles cerca de St. Mary's Public School, Mt. Angel Middle School, John F. Kennedy High School para apoyar a los estudiantes y las familias a caminar y rodar hacia la escuela de manera segura.

Nos gustaría saber de usted y hay dos formas en que puede proporcionar comentarios al equipo de planificación.
